I find life so very interesting to observe.

We can learn so much from observing the world around us as well as all that is going on with in our own lives. There is always a reason for everything that happens to us or around us and how it can cause us triggers or not.
For example I was playing tennis one evening recently with friends and a man drove up to the courts and shone his car head lights into our court making it hard to see while playing. Followed by opening up his car door with a screaming baby in the back seat for us all to hear I missed hitting the ball at the moment. Next came the Mother that had been playing a few courts over and she was talking very loud for us all to hear. This was very distracting to us. I was the one out of us all that was getting annoyed that these people had no manners to think about all of the other 15 people on the courts and how their situation was effecting everyone. I know the child was in distress and clearly the Father was also and he probably felt he had know other option to bring the baby to the courts. But why inflict it upon others is my question. The man soon drove off leaving the crying screaming baby at the courts. this situation was causing me to be more focused on the noise than playing and there for i didn't play as well as usual.
When I got home later that evening and could here myself complain about it, then stopped myself and asked why did this situation happen and why was it in my path.
The message was that I allow myself to be easily distracted and this will effect what I'm doing and slow me down or cause me problems. So this was my lesson of the day!
